At FreshwaterFlow, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you through our return and refund process.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return when you contact us.

All returns must be authorized. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind, Incorrect Purchase, etc.):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Fees & Refunds

  • Defective Products:
    If the item is defective or damaged, we will work with you to provide a repair or replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
  • Customer Remorse:
    Returns due to personal preference will be refunded for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee:
    We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email regarding approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

If it has been more than 4 days since you received a refund approval and the funds have not appeared, please reach out to us at service@freshwaterflow.com.


Order Cancellations

If your order is canceled due to unavailability or an internal error, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
