At FreshWaterFlow, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please review the shipping details below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

We do not charge any duties and import taxes in your checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

  • Carrier: USPS First Class

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days for most U.S. destinations
    (Delivery times may be longer for remote or rural areas.)


Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery progress.
